Cozy 4 person appartment in Winterberg near Golf

This beautiful four-person holiday flat on the first floor, with a lovely balcony, is located directly on the golf course of Winterberg and 700 metres from the ski lifts and the Skiliftkarrussell. A short distance away is also Mount Cap with its bobsleigh run, bicycle park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest. The town centre, with numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants, is also within walking distance of the flat. This super nice flat is a great base to discover Sauerland in summer but also in winter, or to spend a lovely weekend or week skiing.

Layout

The flat has a modern living room with a cosy sitting area with TV and a dining area. The sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a sleeping couch. From the living room you can go through the garden doors to the beautiful balcony with garden furniture. There is an open kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and a four-burner cooker. There is one bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and a washbasin and there is a separate toilet. There is parking for one car at the apartment.

Particularities

There is a swimming pool and wellness area which you can use.
With the SauerlandCard, which you get for free when you book, you can use free bus and train transport.
Please note! At this accommodation, you can use the (shared) swimming pool or there is a pool nearby. Due to energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any available saunas still work as usual.
In the service pack you will find a dishcloth, two dishwasher tablets, a washing-up brush, a small bottle of washing-up liquid, a sponge and one rubbish bag. Two rolls of toilet paper are provided in the accommodation.

Winterberg is known as the walhalla for the starting and professional skiers. In the winter, it is fantastic to stay here and you can also get to know the surrounding areas of Altastenberg and Neuastenmberg, which together have more than 126 lifts and 88 kilometres of pistes. Visiting the area in summer? Then take to the mountains on a mountain bike and choose from the numerous routes. If you like even more action, then the 700-metre long toboggan run is for you: a fun experience for young and old, located by the panorama bridge that offers a great view of the surroundings. The towns and villages in the surrounding area are also beautiful, for example visit Olsberg, Willingen, Olpe or Schmallenberg.

We hebben enorm genoten. Het zwembad het zwembad was een pluspunt. Wat we miste was een afzuigkap boven de kookplaat (de deur moet je wel open zetten anders blijft alles hangen) en de wc stonk erg naar urine toen we aankwamen.

Mooi omgeving redelijk dicht bij piste om te skiën. Zeker nog eens terug willen komen in het volle seizoen wanneer alle ski liften open zijn!
