Nice 6-person villa on the water at Villa Park Weddermeer.

This beautiful, detached six-person villa with extension has a lovely conservatory-like extension and is located on the beautiful Villa Park Weddermeer. The Villa Park is a beautiful, spacious villa park where you will experience the feeling of peace and space. It is located in the special nature reserve Westerwolde. An area that has a wide variety of nature. You will discover extensive heathlands, forests and water features. A great base for cycling and walking enthusiasts. Water sports enthusiasts can also indulge themselves here. Almost every villa has a private fishing platform on the water that is well stocked with fish. Families with children can enjoy the recreation team (in high season), the beautiful indoor swimming pool and the various sports and games options.

Layout

Ground floor:

Hall with stairs, spacious and bright living room with extension and flat screen with large screen and Eredivisie Live and Filmnet. The fitted kitchen has, among other things, a combination microwave, four-burner stove, filter coffee maker, Senseo, refrigerator and a dishwasher. Bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with bath or shower and toilet.

Floor:

Two spacious bedrooms with two single beds each.

There is parking for one car at the villa. You can park a second car or trailer in the central parking lot.

Location and surroundings

Wedde, Groningen

Located just across the Drenthe border you will find the beautiful surroundings of Wedde: an ideal base for wonderful walking and cycling tours. Explore the watery area by canoe or spend a day shopping in the lively student city of Groningen. A visit to the historic fortified town of Bourtange is also a must. For children there is also plenty to do in the area. Think for example of Wildlands in Emmen or Plopsaland Indoor in Coevorden. There are also several museums nearby: visit, among others, the Prison Museum in Veenhuizen, the Hunebedcentrum in Borger, the Remembrance Center Camp Westerbork or Museum Village Orvelte.

Das Personal der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Inventar der Wohnung war alt und teilweise kaputt. Das Öffnen der Terassentür war nur mit erheblichem Kraftaufwand möglich und abschließen konnte man sie garnicht. Das Grundstück war sehr gepflegt und liegt sehr schön am Wasser. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls sehr schön.
