4-person flat with unique view over the Vlissingen boulevard and North Sea

Relaxing by the water with the most beautiful view? Then this flat for four is perfect. Located on the Boulevard in Vlissingen, this flat offers a view of the most beautiful sunsets but also of, for example, giant container ships. The ships pass by the window at approx. 250m, unique in the Netherlands! A magnificent view that never gets boring. There are various benches along the promenade, where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine. More of a beach lover? The Vlissingen beach is about one kilometre away and is easily accessible on foot. The town centre starts 500 metres from the house and you will find the Koopmansharbour. This is where pilot boats arrive to change crew, a spectacular sight! On the Bellamypark you will find several cosy restaurants with terraces. Near Vlissingen are the seaside resorts Zoutelande, Domburg and Oostkapelle. Nice to visit for a day. For a day of shopping, the cities of Middelburg and Goes are perfect. In short: enjoy a fine flat with fantastic views and many possibilities for activities.

Layout

This 60m2 flat is located on the second floor and therefore has an expansive sea view. Unique to experience the sea ships so close by. Access to the flat is by stairs.

From the living room, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea. In the living room with TV corner, there is also a dining area. In the kitchen you will find all facilities for a nice stay, for example a microwave, mini-oven, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine and a cooker (four-burner) and washing machine.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed with single mattresses and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet. There is a balcony at the back of the apartment.

  • Smoking is not allowed, even on the balcony.
  • The first Friday of August is the night market on the boulevard incl. fireworks around 00:00.
  • From 1 May to 1 October, the boulevard is closed to car traffic from 1pm to 5pm on Sundays and public holidays.

Places like Veere and Zoutelande are nearby and very nice to visit. You can enjoy the old houses, characteristic farms and many terraces. With many cycling and walking routes next door, you can explore the beautiful surroundings, with its typical Walcheren villages and country roads, in different ways. Het appartement is heerlijk , ruime kamer, lekkere bedden en een uniek uitzicht waar je de hele dag naar kan kijken. Weet wel dat het een steile trap is om het appartement te bereiken. Je loopt in 5 minuten het centrum van Vlissingen in met gezellige terrassen en een keur aan winkels. Lieve eigenaren die je welkom heten en goede uitleg geven.
