Modern 6 person holiday home in Sint-Maarten

This modern and comfortable home is in a prime location on Recreation Park de Wielen. The park is located in Sint-Maarten where it is quiet. Here you avoid the hustle and bustle of the beach and the beach but everything nearby. Relax at this small park with outdoor pool, playground with cable car and trampoline, canteen with (snack) bar and billiards and a bocce court. The recreation park currently consists of 135 homes and that will be 176. The outdoor swimming pool is open from May 1 to mid-September. Near the vacation home is Callantsoog where there are several restaurants, beach pavilions and a supermarket. For children there are many opportunities in the area such as play park the Goldfish and many more play parks and zoos. 

Layout

The living room has a lovely sitting area with television with Dutch channels (no German channels), internet and central heating. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, convection oven, kettle, filter coffee maker and 4-burner induction hob. The utility room has a washing machine and dryer. The house has a crib, high chair and children's crockery. There is one toilet on the first floor.


On the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and sink. Both bedrooms have two single beds. Also on the upper floor is the second bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. Upstairs is the second toilet.


Outside on the terrace at the front of the house is a nice lounge set. There is a possibility to park one car at the house.

Location and surroundings

In the midst of lots of greenery, every day in St. Martin is to enjoy nature, vegetation, birds and with a little luck, good weather. The dunes are just steps away to then bike or walk through the beautiful dunes and end up on the beach. Swim, sun, surf and enjoy on the beautiful beach and have a nice snack or drink in one of the beach pavilions. In these green surroundings, between Alkmaar and Den Helder, in addition to cozy villages, lots of fishing water, beautiful cycling and walking routes, there are also many trips to make. For example, go to the cheese market in Alkmaar, visit the cozy port of Hoorn, see the beautiful Zaan region or go to the Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen.
