Beautiful 12-14 person holiday farm in ’s-Heerenhoek on Zuid-Beveland

In the beautiful village ’s-Heerenhoek you can rent this beautiful holiday farm. It concerns a fully renovated house from 1714 which has been converted into a spacious, comfort farm. Authentic elements and style have been preserved.

The farm is suitable for 12-14 persons and guarantees a lovely holiday.

South-Beveland offers plenty of possibilities to enjoy long, relaxed walks or lovely cycle tours. There are several marked routes, in the house you will find more information.

The routes lead you along dream-like flower dikes, deserted paths and protected nature reserves.

The farm is a perfect operating base for making wonderful daytrips to for example Zeeland Flanders or Antwerp.

Kids will definitely amuse themselves here. There is a big, old lime tree with climbing rope and swing, a large playing field and a “children’s farm” with goats, chickens and rabbits. The farm has an attic playroom with stairgate allowing young kids to play safely. If you rent this wonderful farm you will definitely enjoy a lovely holiday with family or friends.

Layout

Living room on the ground floor with several, comfortable sofas and chairs, satellite-TV, DVD-player, games and books. The living room gives access to an upstairs room with double bed.
Authentic dining room with dinette for 12 persons and an original box bed, exclusively suitable for kids due to its small dimensions.
Luxurious kitchen with dining table for four persons, stove (6 rings), dishwasher, filter coffee-maker, mixer, toaster, oven, combination oven, fridge/freezer, juicer and electric kettle. The first bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet is situated on the ground floor.

On the first floor you will find five bedrooms, three with two single beds, one with two bunkbeds and one with double bed. The second bathroom with shower and double washbasin is situated on the first floor. Separate toilet. There are also two more separate shower rooms.

The second floor, the former granary, has been converted into an attic playroom.

The farm offers central heating, a washing machine, a drier and free internet, and a child’s bed.

Outside you will find a large, fenced-off garden amongst others inclusive of picnic table, garden furniture, sunshade and BBQ. There are plenty of parking places.

's-Heerenhoek is a small town between Vlissingen and Goes. Would you like to stroll along the beautiful boulevard and beach of Vlissingen or discover historic Goes? You enjoy the best of both worlds here! Towns like Veere and Zoutelande are also close by and very nice to visit, you can enjoy the old houses, characteristic farms and many terraces. With many cycling and walking routes next door, you can explore the beautiful surroundings in various ways, with its typical Walcheren villages and beautiful country roads. Prettige ontvangst en communicatie met de eigenaresse. Prachtige oude boerenwoning wat veel nostalgische herinneringen bij de ouderen opleverde. Mooie ruime woning om met een grote groep te kunnen verblijven.

We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad met de kinderen en kleinkinderen. Het huis was prachtig, alleen veel stof dat ronddwarrelde en ik ben allergisch en onze jongste dochter ook , dus dat was iets minder. Voor de rest alleen maar lof. Alles netjes en goed onderhouden. Zeker een aanrader.

Beste Diana, hartelijk dank voor jullie mooie review met lofuitingen:) Wat jammer dat er veel stof ronddwarrelde, dat is zeker niet onze werkwijze! Wij hebben hygiëne hoog op onze prioriteitenlijst staan (wat ook blijkt uit de hoge scores voor schoonmaak) maar helaas is het qua stof deze keer dan niet helemaal goedgegaan. I.c.m. jullie allergie is dat natuurlijk heel vervelend. Gelukkig geven jullie ook aan dat het heel fijn was en netjes en goed onderhouden. Graag tot ziens en groeten Jozien

Hoi Hannelore, bedankt voor jullie review. Veel mooie en positieve punten:) Over de minpunten: de enkele beglazing en het elektrisch vuurtje kan ik niet plaatsen. Van de zes slaapkamers is er één met enkele beglazing en geen centrale verwarming. Daar hebben we inderdaad een elektrisch kacheltje voor. Voor wat betreft de kastruimte in de keuken: we hebben daar extra opbergruimte maar niet voor een hele periode voor alle maaltijden. Er is heel veel extra opbergruimte in de kelder en de bijkeuken.
