Beautifully situated 11 person holiday home on the Wadden Sea
This uniquely situated and surprisingly spacious and luxurious 11-person and private holiday home is located in the middle of the village of Paesens close to the Wadden Sea dike. In the village there are some nice cafes and it exudes an atmosphere of a fishing village in the 19th century. A village with history! Immerse yourself in the radical events and stories that characterize this so special village. From the dike you have a beautiful view over the Wadden Sea, and in clear weather you can even see the Wadden islands of Ameland and Schiermonnikoog. At low tide this part of the Wad falls dry, always a special sight. At the holiday home you can look for lovely shells, fly a kite, but it is also a nice place "to clear your head". In the morning enjoy your cup of coffee or cup of tea on the Wad. Watching the sun go down in the Wadden Sea near Paesens, but also admiring the starry sky above the Wadden Sea are things that you do not experience everyday. Recommended!
Layout
There is a spacious living room with cozy dining area and sitting area with TV, but also a bookcase with books. The open kitchen has an oven, Senseo coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, combi microwave, and a five-burner stove. Downstairs there is also a spacious bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a luxurious appearance and includes a toilet and a shower. Via the stairs in the hall, with a separate toilet, you reach the upper floor. Here there are a total of four bedrooms with a double bed. In one of the bedrooms there is an extra box bed for one person. Upstairs there is also a second bathroom with shower and toilet. You can park two cars at the holiday home. Outside there is a terrace with garden furniture on the village street. Here you can barbecue in the evening.

Paesens, Friesland
Paesens is located in the nature-rich surroundings of National Park Lauwersmeer, where you have many opportunities for water sports activities. Here, you can row, swim, sail, surf and fish. The village itself is small, but at a short walking distance offers a beautiful base for long walks. Among other things, you will find two dykes of no less than 2.5 kilometres that take you onto the mud flats without getting your feet wet. Would you like to experience what the Wadden Sea looks like without water? Then perhaps a mudflat hiking trip is an idea? For a nice day of shopping, fortified town Dokkum is perfect and for a day of really different things, Schiermonnikoog is highly recommended.

Mooie vakantiewoning aan rand van Waddenzee. De uitrusting is zeer compleet. De badkamer beneden is mooi en groot. Badkamer boven is krap. Bedden zijn prima. De banken zijn flink doorgezakt. Jammer dat nergens schoonmaakartikelen staan om het toilet tussendoor te verfrissen (wat wel zo fris is als je met 9 man bent)
