Beautiful rural 2 person holiday home in Schoor near Nederweert

This beautifully situated two-person (former worker's cottage) holiday home is located in the yard of a former farm in the hamlet of Schoor just outside Nederweert and Historic Weert. From this holiday home you can walk straight into the natural fen area with a number of beautifully restored fens of yesteryear. Beautiful nature reserves such as the Grote Peel and the Kempenbroek are within cycling distance. Also in the vicinity are the idyllic villages Stevensweert and the white town of Thorn.

Layout

Cozy living room with dining table and sitting area with TV and wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, Nespresso, kettle, five-burner stove, electric oven and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a double bed (individually electrically adjustable), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The cottage includes a lovely garden with terrace, seating area, parasol and sun loungers. The cottage has underfloor heating and air conditioning. In the yard there is a large garden with lawns surrounded by flower borders and fruit trees.

Nederweert, Limburg

Nederweert is a medium-sized village with a pleasant center with a nice selection of shops and restaurants. You can go here for all your daily shopping. The Limburg open air museum is located in Nederweert, which includes a forge, beekeeping, inn and an old-fashioned bakehouse. From Nederweert you can make various nice trips, such as shopping in Eindhoven, Weert, Venlo or Roermond (Outlet), a day of swimming or sailing on and or on the Maasplassen and even a day trip to South Limburg with Maastricht and Valkenburg as highlights is also fine to do.

Het is een heel gerieflijk, zonnig en compleet huisje. Alles aanwezig, comfortabele bedden, goed sanitair, mooie keuken en gezellige kamer.
Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren.

Jammer dat er geen vriesvak in de koelkast zit. Luxe dat er zoveel koffiecups en verschillende sterktes waren.
Een plus was ook de aanwezigheid van Steenuilen in de tuin. Wandelen kan prima in de omgeving, maar voor onverharde paden moet je er wel op uit met de auto. Goede Chinees in Nederweert.
