Delightful 4-person holiday home, on a mini campsite, near the Utrechtse Heuvelrug

This delightful four-person holiday home is located on a mini campsite and is very rurally located on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Close by are forests and heathland with many hiking and biking trails. This cosy holiday home is an ideal base for a wonderful holiday with children, friends or just the two of you. A holiday full of nature, culture, exercise and relaxation. From the holiday home you really have the most diverse options within half an hour's drive. How about the Veluwe, the city of Utrecht, Rhenen with its Grebbeberg and the Ouwehand Zoo. There is really a lot to do!

Layout

Living room with a dining area and sitting area with TV, modern open kitchen. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, vanity unit and toilet. On the mezzanine is the second bedroom with two single beds. Outside you have a lovely sunny and cozy terrace with garden furniture and a view over the mini campsite.

Location and surroundings

Leersum, Utrecht

Leersum is located in the National Park De Utrechtse Heuvelrug which boasts a variety of landscapes and animals. The forests and estates are ideal for walkers, and there are also numerous beautiful routes for cyclists. For example, take the castle route that leads you through the woods from castle to castle or cycle to the pleasant day recreation area Henschotermeer. Also be sure to visit the picturesque fortified town of Wijk bij Duurstede. The Aviation Museum in Soesterberg and Utrecht's Dom Tower are also definitely worth a visit. You can go shopping in the nearby towns of Veenendaal, Amersfoort or Zeist, where you can also enjoy a delicious meal. Enough to do for a nice stay!

We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen. Heerlijk “huisje”, mooie badkamer (heerlijke douche) , goede keuken en lekker bed. Leuk om op een camping te zitten. Het gevoel van kamperen maar de luxe van een huisje. Zeker met een baby was dat ideaal.
