Spacious detached 8 person holiday bungalow on holiday park.

If there is somewhere you can completely enjoy nature, then it is here! Because Het Grote Zand estate is surrounded by no less than four nature reserves: Het Groote Zand, Het Witte Zand, Het Heuvinger Zand and the Noorder- and Hijkerveld. Stay in a cozy bungalow or group accommodation at the park where young and old can enjoy a variety of fun and exciting facilities and activities. Relax in the swimming pool with sauna and Turkish bath, play as a child in the exciting jungle forest or the playground. In the evening, enjoy a tasty meal together in the great restaurant with terrace. Although an evening of gourmet cooking in your beautiful vacation bungalow also sounds great!

Layout

The vacation bungalow has a cozy living room with television. There is an open kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher and patio doors to the lovely terrace with garden furniture. The hall has a separate toilet or toilet in the bathroom. The vacation home has a total of three bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor. This bedroom is equipped with two single beds. On the second floor are the other two bedrooms. One bedroom with four single beds and one bedroom with two single beds or two bedrooms with both three single beds. The bungalows have two bathrooms. A number of bungalows have an (infrared) sauna. There is parking space for one car next to the bungalow.

  • On Landgoed Het Grote Zand, barbecuing is not allowed with a coal BBQ, but only with an electric or gas BBQ.
  • These vacation homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
  • The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making the reservation.

Location and surroundings

Hooghalen, Drenthe

Hooghalen is surrounded by four nature reserves where you can take beautiful walks and cycling trips. Besides the vast landscapes with forests, heath and meadows, you will find several dolmens nearby. Remembrance Centre Camp Westerbork, Museum Village Orvelte and the Drents Museum in Assen are just a stone's throw away. All definitely worth a visit. If you are looking for a day of thrills, Outdoor Klimpark Grolloo or the Drouwenerzand amusement park are just the place to be. Want a day of shopping? You can be in cosy Assen in the blink of an eye. With beautiful natural areas and plenty to do, this is the ideal place to unwind without getting bored.

De ontvangst bij de receptie was zeer vriendelijk, het huis was zeer goed en vooral erg ruim, de bedden sliepen prima. Verwarming deed het goed. Eten op het park is zeker aan te raden, hartelijke ontvangst, genoeg zitruimte en kwalitatief goed eten. Rondom het park een prachtig bos om te wandelen/fietsen en te genieten van de natuur.
