Quietly located detached holiday home for three in Hoogersmilde
This cozy and comfortable three-person vacation home is located 1.5 km from the Drenthe village of Hoogersmilde. The vacation home is located right at the edge of the woods, from the house own footpath into the woods, of the National Park Drents-Friese Wold, where it is wonderful walking, running, cycling and mountain biking. Within walking distance there is an outdoor swimming pool, bike rental and an experience trail. In the region there is much more to discover. The Blue Lake, national park Dwingelderveld, the Fochterloërveen, the 33-meter high Bosbergtoren in Appelscha, the dolmens in Diever or Havelte. The museum of false art in Vledder or Museum de Koloniehof in Frederikshof. Daily shopping in Hoogersmilde, Smilde or Diever and for a day of shopping to Assen (with the Drents Museum).
Layout
Cosily furnished living room with a dining area and a sitting area with wood-burning stove. The kitchen with dining table includes a ceramic hob with four cooking zones, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, combination microwave oven, Senseo coffee machine and kettle. On the first floor is the bedroom with dormer window with a double bed (two box-spring beds). The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a shower, sink and toilet. Outside you have a lovely garden with lots of privacy and spacious storage room, a large terrace and a separate covered arbour with garden furniture for lovely outdoor dining. The house is situated on a plot of 800 square metres and is fully fenced.

Hoogersmilde, Drenthe
Be amazed by the many kilometres of cycle paths in Drenthe. They wind through dense coniferous and deciduous forests and vast heathlands or sand drifts, but also along forest lakes, megalithic tombs and through old authentic Drenthe villages. There are numerous possibilities for excursions in the area: there is the Museum Village of Orvelte, Wildlands Emmen, the Boomkroonpad in Borger and Remembrance Centre Camp Westerbork. Nearby is the Blauwe Meer, a large natural lake with a sandy beach. For a day of shopping, you can be in Assen, Meppel or Hoogeveen in no time. Besides Hoogersmilde, you can also go to the nearby villages of Diever or Oranje for a good restaurant or a cup of coffee on the terrace.

Een lekkere vakantiewoning, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt om tot rust te komen. Vriendelijke eigenaar heeft nog een korte rondleiding door woning gegeven. Woning was schoon en staat op een mooie plek en voorzien van een grote buitenruimte. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen om je niet te vervelen.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en vonden het huisje heerlijk. De omgeving was geweldig. Een bos in de herfst, de kleuren, de paddenstoelen. We hebben genoten!

Fijne ontvangst door de eigenaar. Compleet huisje er is aan veel dingen gedacht!
Ontzettend fijn dat je zo het bos in kunt lopen. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.
