Superb 4-person flat in Heythuysen, surrounded by nature reserve 'Leudal'

This attractive flat is modernly furnished and can accommodate four people. The flat is located north of Roggel and is surrounded by the beautiful nature reserve of Leudal. The accommodation is located in the countryside with many forest areas and country estates in the vicinity. Within a radius of 20 km you will find various attractions such as: Toverland in Sevenum, the white town of Thorn and the Outlet in Roermond. For a day at the beach, go to the Maasplassen or the Blauwe Meer. This flat is the ideal base for a few wonderful days of enjoyment with family and friends!

Layout

The flat has a cosy living room with a sitting area with television and a dining area with a table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and a kettle. The flat has two spacious bedrooms, both with two single box-spring beds next to each other. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washbasin. The toilet is separate. Adjacent to the living room is the lovely garden with a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is plenty of parking space.

There are plenty of places of interest to visit around the North Limburg town of Heythuysen. Walking or cycling from Heythuysen is a real go! Heythuysen itself has a varied range of shops and restaurants, but there is also plenty to do in the region around Heythuysen. Shopping in Weert, Roermond, or Eindhoven is a great option. Swimming in the Maasplassen, a visit to Castle Hillenraad or a day trip to South Limburg with places such as Valkenburg and Maastricht are all easy to do from Heythuysen.

Een heerlijke accommodatie, rustig gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ruime, open woonkamer, is gezellig ingericht, de keuken is modern met alle apparatuur voor koffie/ thee en maaltijdbereiding. De slaapkamers zijn ruim met goede bedden en voorzien van eigen toilet en badkamer! In de tuin staat een bbq. Kortom een heerlijk luxe verblijf

Het is allemaal nog nieuw dus over de faciliteiten kan je nog geen mening hebben maar een gemis zal het er niet zijn, een mooi rustig uitval basis om lekker te gaan fietsen, zeer rustige plek ze zijn er nog aan het bij bouwen maar daar hebben wij geen last van gehad.
