Beautifully situated 4 person private holiday home in Heythuysen | Limburg

A lovely four-person holiday home two kilometers from the Limburg village of Heythuysen. In Heythuysen are all shops for daily necessities and more. In this area, also called the garden of Limburg, you will find a lot of natural beauty. The core of this beautiful area is the Leudal nature reserve. From your holiday home you are within a few minutes' walk in the forest. Nearby there are also several nodes for cycling and walking routes. In the area there are also several castles and mills that are definitely worth a visit. The holiday home is located next to the home of the owners, where privacy is guaranteed by its own entrance, private garden and private driveway.

Layout

Living room with a corner sofa and a nice easy chair, high chair, TV and a dining area. In winter you can light the stove and enjoy the crackling fire.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a large closet that fits all your clothes with ease. Clothes hangers are available. There is a camping cot with mattress and blankets for the smallest. The beds are made on arrival. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink with large mirror. The towels are ready.


The enclosed garden has a terrace with garden furniture and a lawn. There is also a BBQ and fire pit, great for summer evenings.

There are plenty of places of interest to visit around the North Limburg town of Heythuysen. Walking or cycling from Heythuysen is a real go! Heythuysen itself has a varied range of shops and restaurants, but there is also plenty to do in the region around Heythuysen. Shopping in Weert, Roermond, or Eindhoven is a great option. Swimming in the Maasplassen, a visit to Castle Hillenraad or a day trip to South Limburg with places such as Valkenburg and Maastricht are all easy to do from Heythuysen.

Aangenaam verblijf met alles aanwezig. Het huisje heeft geleid tot een geslaagde fiets weekend.

Lekker koel huis tijdens de hete dagen. Mooi appartement, fijne rustige tuin. Echter hebben de buren een haan die zich al tussen vier en vijf uur in de ochtend meldt. Dat is erg vervelend, want de slaapkamer grenst aan de tuin van de buren.
Matrassen zijn hard en de veren waren voelbaar. Weinig tot niks te beleven binnen 10 km.

Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in diesem urig rustikalen Ferienhaus zu Gast. Die Umgebung ist auch im beginnenden Frühjahr sehr schön. Die benachbarten Hühner waren für Stadtkinder ein echtes Erlebnis, die frühmorgens krähenden Hähne eher für die Erwachsenen. Toll war der eingezäunte Außenbereich für unserem Jüngsten.
