Beautifully situated 2 person private holiday home in Geffen near Den Bosch

Beautifully situated double private holiday home in the cozy Brabant village of Geffen. You will lack nothing in this nice holiday home. Shops, including a supermarket, bakery and butcher, are within walking distance. In the vicinity of Geffen there are very good cycling paths that lead you to the most special places. Museum Jan Cunen is an art museum located in a monumental manufacturer's villa in the center of Oss. Den Bosch is definitely worth a visit with its cultural history, cozy shopping streets and cozy restaurants.

Layout

The 2019 newly built detached stylish studio (48 m2) can accommodate two people. The studio is located near the owner's house in the backyard. Large and modern furnished living room with several sitting areas with TV and lots of light through the triple double garden doors and five-meter high glass front. Open kitchen with cooking facilities, Nespresso, microwave oven and refrigerator. In the corner is a sleeping area with a double box spring and this is adjacent to the bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

Underfloor heating with own boiler, stable internet (fixed connection / WiFi), TV and lots of privacy make your stay comfortable.

On the front is a private terrace with garden furniture and on the side you have access to a sunny garden with lawn.

Ample parking and a private entrance make the house accessible.

Museum Jan Cunen, for example, is an art museum within cycling distance, located in a monumental manufacturer's villa in the centre of Oss. Nearby Den Bosch, with its cultural history, cosy shopping streets and cosy restaurants, is also well worth a visit. Of course, you can also find a good restaurant or café in Geffen itself. In special Nijmegen, you can learn about the interesting history of this city, which has its origins in Roman times, in several museums. Moreover, the Nijmegen playground De Leemkuil is the children's paradise for a day out.
