Fine holiday home with private parking near the centre of Domburg close to the beach

This cosy holiday home is close to the centre of Domburg. The holiday home has its own free parking space, wifi and two bedrooms. Behind the holiday home is a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the sun early in the year. Within a three-minute walk you are in the lively shopping street, but also on the sunny beach with several beach pavilions. The various restaurants with cosy terraces and good food provide a nice atmosphere in the village. Domburg is an atmospheric village where it is a year-round pleasure. Want to enjoy Zeeland for a day outside Domburg? Take a cycling trip through the beautiful Zeeland countryside or a walk through the adjacent nature reserve 'De Manteling'. Due to the central location of the house, you can reach various nice places, such as the seaside resorts Oostkapelle and Zoutelande, historical Middelburg or nautical Vlissingen within 15 minutes' drive. You could also visit the Delta Works and the former artificial island Neeltje Jans. Cycling, hiking, beach, swimming and enjoyment are the keywords for a great holiday here!

Layout

The entire holiday home is at ground level and has a total area of 30m2. In the living room, you can relax on a nice sofa and watch television after a long walk on the beach. There is also a dining area with four dining chairs. Don't feel like eating out? You can prepare a delicious meal in the compact but complete kitchen. The open kitchen has a fridge-freezer, electric hob, Senseo coffee machine and a kettle for boiling water. The spacious double bedroom at the back of the house opens onto the terrace. So you can wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee in the sun on your terrace. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom has a washbasin and shower. There is a separate toilet next to the bathroom. The sunny terrace with garden furniture at the back of the house is very private. You can store your bicycles in the garden. You can park your car for free on the driveway in front of the holiday home.

Domburg is a cosy beach village with several restaurants, beach pavilions and terraces. It is also known for its clean beaches and has all the amenities you need for a wonderful beach holiday. Besides swimming, hiking, cycling, supping, surfing and kite flying, there are many other things to do in the area. For example, visit Museum Marie Tak van Poortvliet, Kasteel Westhove or Deltapark Neeltje Jans for fun excursions. Places like Veere and Zoutelande are definitely worth a visit, beautiful Walcheren towns where you can fully enjoy the old houses and characteristic farms. Would you like to spend a day shopping? Then go to pleasant Middelburg or Vlissingen.

Domburg im Winter war wunderschön.
Die Wohnung ist für einen Kurztrip gut geeignet und liegt gut.
Leider war bei unserer Anreise der Esstisch nicht gereinigt.
Der Schlüssel muss bei der Anreise in nahe gelegenem Ort abgeholt werden und dort auch wieder hingebracht werden. Das muss man einplanen, falls man noch Zeit in Domburg verbringen möchte.

Ärgerlich, dass der Esstisch nicht gereinigt wurde, das hätte nicht sein dürfen. Schön, dass die Unterkunft so schön gegen das Zentrum gelegen ist und ein schöner Ort für ein paar Tage Urlaub ist! Viele Grüße Sandhya

Allgemein war die umgebaute Garage schön gestaltet. Zu Fuß waren wir flott am Strand und im Städtchen. Der Kaputte Duschkopf sowie der Schimmel in der Dusche waren eher suboptimal. Die Schiebetüre der Dusche ist leider nur für schlanke Menschen. Das Sofa konnte man ausklappen und es war wunderbar bequem,genauso wie die Decken.

Waren zu zweit im Oktober 2024 hier. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Innenstadt in 5 Minuten und das Meer in ca. 10 Minuten. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist ruhig, so dass man sich erholen kann. Küche , Bad, Toilette zweckmäßig und sauber. Der Einstieg in die Dusche ist allerdings sehr schmal und das Waschbecken sehr klein.
Waren sehr zufrieden.
