Single-storey 2-person holiday home, rural location in Boijl, Friesland

This two-person holiday home is located on the edge of the Drents-Friese Wold, near the village of Boijl. The holiday flat is spacious, ground-floor and fully equipped. It has underfloor heating, an English gas fireplace and a lovely covered terrace. Whether walking or cycling, this holiday home is the ideal base for nature lovers. Doldersummerveld, Wapserveld, Aekingerzand and Landgoed Vledderhof are nearby, there is plenty to discover in the various nature reserves!

Layout

The living room features a comfortable sofa, armchair, English gas fireplace and a TV. Past the dining area with four chairs, you enter the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, fridge and gas cooker. There is one bedroom furnished with a double bed with two mattresses varying in hardness. The bathroom has a bathtub, separate shower, toilet and sink. Outside, the garden offers the opportunity to sit covered on the terrace. You can park your car under the carport.

Location and surroundings

Boijl, Friesland

The Friesian village of Boijl is located northeast of Wolvega, on the edge of the Drents-Friese Wold. This national park literally offers you all the space you need for a nice walk or cycle trip. In the village itself, you can relax in Sauna Het Friese Woud, which includes a steam bath, hot whirlpool and swimming pools. Would you like to go out for the day? Then visit one of the nice places nearby, such as Vledder, Diever or Appelscha. The latter is also recommended for children: here they can have fun at Verkeers- en Attractiepark Duinen Zathe. And the Koloniën van Weldadigheid (UNESCO world heritage site) in Wilhelminaoord and Frederiksoord are also well worth a visit.

Fantastische plek, echt een heerlijk huisje met eigenaren die gastvrijheid hebben uitgevonden wat ons betreft. Het huisje is heel compleet ingericht. Veel plekjes in de tuin om te zitten met fantastisch uitzicht op o.a. reeën, vogels. Het was iedere dag na weer een geweldige fietstocht fijn om op deze plek thuis te komen. Voor herhaling vatbaar!
